About Us

IMG_6241Everyone has the capacity to be mindful. By learning together to stop, look deeply, and develop insight from our own minds, we are better able to be effective as parents, professionals, friends, and partners.

Thich Nhat Hanh established the Order of Interbeing during the Vietnam War. This tradition emphasizes practical, engaged mindfulness in daily life. It is gentle, easy to learn, and emphasizes openness to ANY faith or spiritual tradition. It is not necessary to be or to become a “Buddhist” in order to benefit fully from the practice.

Our home on Fish Lake at the south end of the Butler Chain in southwest Orange County is a beautiful environment.
